I agree with Trinity that this project definitely took on a life of its own, completely off course of our original intentions. However, I am extremely happy with the result, it was taking something that had been seen so many times (a girl running away from home) and putting an entirely new spin on it. The implication of presence without identifying what/who that presence is.
The only thing that I think I would go back and change was to originally shoot for this idea, we shot twice but I feel it would have been a lot less stressful and rushed if we had had more time or we had shot with this intention in our first shoot, therefore allowing more footage so there would be less cut aways.
